Cancellation/Rescheduling:

We require 8 hours notice before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. If cancellation/rescheduling does not occur during this time frame (8 hours), your account may be charged as if you were attending. Please contact the studio for extenuating circumstances.

Refunds:

House of Pole will offer refunds only in circumstances where House of Pole was in error or at fault.
