Cancellation/Rescheduling:

We require 16 hours notice before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. If cancellation/rescheduling does not occur during this time frame (16 hours), you lose your booking. Please email the studio for extenuating circumstances.

Refunds:

House of Pole will offer refunds only in circumstances where House of Pole was in error or at fault.
