Open Pole
An hour of unguided practice time in the Pole Studio. Perfect for practicing whatever you’re currently working on. Peer-to-peer teaching is not allowed.
Mobility & Stretch
Learn mobility and stretch techniques off the pole to help you progress various goals such as hip mobility, shoulder mobility, splits, and back mobility. Mats are provided, but you are free to bring your own! Come hydrated.
Prep + Practice
Get 20-30 minutes of essential pole conditioning followed by 30-40 minutes of free time to work on your current routines and creative projects with guidance and feedback. Come hydrated! On hiatus
